It kinda depends on my mood and what I've been listening to most at a given time, but I'd say the most enduring song would be:

"(Don't Fear) The Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult. I have been listening to the Tom Rhodes cover recently and have really like it as well, but I don't think it quite tops the original.
"The Man Who Sold the World". I'm not sure which I like better, the original by David Bowie or the cover by Midge Ure.

For me this isn't a static thing and changes over time. Right now I'd say it's probably Great Pumpkin Waltz by Vince Guaraldi Trio. Vince is definitely my favorite musician. I listen to his stuff so much.

Steve McQueen was the only album of theirs that I owned until a few months ago. Bought Swoon, Jordan: The Comeback, and Protest Songs. They’re ok as bland 1980s pop, but Steve McQueen is still their best album and the only one that stands out to me.
