I've never bothered to comment at reddit. Just figured I'd get lost in the heap of other comments.

Actually get heard here.

I had 5 comments for 10 years on Reddit.

I have an instance on Lemmy now and moderating a community on it; sharing/commenting randomly across fediverse. I am a FOSS enthausist, that's why I'm very excited about it 🙂

I was only a poster once, when i tried to upload something to r/earthporn but that post was immediately removed, after they found a tiny construction somewhere in the image. Never tried it again and was bound to be a lurker.

I posted and commented rarely on reddit and on lemmy it is quite the same but i enjoy it more - less annoying people.

Kbin rather than Lemmy. Anyway, my commenting hasn't changed much, but I've noticed I spend a lot less time looking at cat pictures than I did on reddit.

I never commented that much on Reddit and always preferred lurking.

On Lemmy, I lurk too but I make an effort to comment more, for the reason that I feel more comfortable here and I think that engaging with content posted is a way of giving back to the community.
