The atomic wrangler crier was written to be a child. Supposed to be kind of dark having a literal child advertising a prostitution hotel/bar. After they recorded the lines and put it in the game they realized it was a bit too much, so they aged up the character to be an adult, but they didn't re-record the lines. So yeah, the atomic wrangler crier's voice was recorded by a 12 or 13 year old.

Yeah, the rest of the criers are children. Except the Silver Rush one if I recall correctly -- he's an adult with an adult voice.
