It's a fetish thing. You can also find women doing this on porn sites, just search for Muffinmaid as an example.

youtube late covid introduced a ban on videos on "disturbing eating habits that would affect a persons health"
while it exists for shit like tide pod challanges, its gray enough that bad eatting habits on screen could be subject to penalty
