This guy is such a piece of shit. At best, you can pretend she was okay with it, and then what you have is a relationship the Bible condemns. So how are so many religious folks still supporting him? Their values are as loose as Donald Trump's marriage vows.
"They deserved to be cheated on" is pretty much never a good claim to make. She's still a shitty human being though and does deserve the stress of media and public breathing down her and her family's neck.
I didn't read it as "deserved" so much as went into the relationship for money and lifestyle knowing full well that he would absolutely not be faithful

No way this is true. You look at couples like the Obama's or the Carter's and you can tell they're in love. With the Trump's, it seems like a very transactional relationship. Melania wanted to stay in New York when Trump took office. No one can watch more than a a few minutes of Trump and think he'd be a good guy to hang out with. Him getting locked up would be a relief for her, 100%.
