Unbelievable. Now every time I look at that plate it switches back, and so do the rest of them. I keep flipping them back and forth, back and forth, and it works every time.
It's scary how much our brain just wants to convince us that things are in any way our eyes want to see them. Try checking out Ames Window - thats a cool one too!
