No proprietary thingy, no signup or anything. They released the weights today for all, that's why these SD3 memes are blowing up.

its a proprietary license btw, just free to use for non commercial uses. Earlier SD versions were actual open source.

I have no idea how they'd ever be able to enforce it. Well good luck to them, I appreciate all the laughs for free. Although I was mostly referring to the fact that you don't need to agree to a license, pay money, or create an account, which is still the case.
