He knew about and ignored a bunch of sexual abuse at OSU. I don't know if his actions rise to criminal, but yeah, he's low quality.

Normally you start with a crime and issue a subpoena to investigate it but Republicans use them to LOOK for a crime or anything they can claim is a crime.
