You just know its going to be gross, disturbing, probably illegal, or a mix of the three.

Top picture: NSFW

Bottom picture: NSFL

Better caption than the post imo. Really captures the need for NSFL tags. "Haha, oh no, a titty, can't let my colleagues see," versus stuff like uncensored war photography.

In my experience the content-warned about stuff is milquetoast at most.

Yep it’s the stuff they throw at you without warning, or even trick you into viewing, that’ll scar you.

That's why I've seen Tubgirl and 2 girls 1 cup, 4chan used to raid Gaia online back in the day and post NSFL shit. I almost always stayed out of the sub forum they usually went after, but with that kind of stuff, seeing it once is enough, and I'm thankful that I never ran across anything worse.

2G1C and similar shock content is about as disturbing as mayo on white bread is spicy. You get exposed to it through social osmosis.

The real stuff starts with Liveleak. Industrial accidents, chemical accidents, war footage, basically various examples of novel ways to rapidly disassemble a human body.
