I love getting HRT from a GP that prescribes HRT for lots of post-menopausal cisgender women

My doctor read out that the WPATH doesn't say anything about progesterone and then said that even if it’s not understood, I should start it in a few weeks because it is strongly correlated with mood improvement. I’m so glad I have this doctor. She even has a trans family member!

I love that. While double blind experiments are best for removing bias, anecdotal data is still valid and useful!

What’s cool is that since she treats a lot of post menopausal cis women, that was something she could back up from experience with her much larger cis patient base

It had the opposite effect on me. So it can be a bit of a roll of the dice...
