I was gonna say, he looks like he aged more this summer and fall than he did his entire presidency. And that's incredible, 4 years in a super stressful job should age you a bit.

When you're entire purpose in life is to make others miserable, I imagine it's difficult to remain content. At this point, I think other people are controlling him more than he's converting himself, too.

Fentanyl-related offenses should receive the death penalty, but it's completely fine to just sell opioids to millions of people for decades and possibly cause a societal meltdown in the process because that's just being a smart businessman or something.
