Der "Petersburger Dialog" war 2001 vom damaligen Bundeskanzler Gerhard Schröder und dem russischen Präsidenten Wladimir Putin ins Leben gerufen worden.

Ausgerechnet in Azerbaidschan. Na das ist aber ein Zufall. hat bestimmt nichts damit zu tun, dass Azerbaidschan sich munter Politiker in Deutschland eingekauft hat, vorrangig bei CDU und CSU.
