I can’t imagine going through life just accepting that kind of advertising from my electronics. Although in this case it had the opposite effect, I will never buy a Samsung product since they have demonstrated such a disrespect of their customers.
I don't see it as unfinished. It might be a little bit of lost in translation, but I think it makes sense. Essentially, if you are able, you can do it.
