Plan everything. Do nothing. - my motto.

guaraguaito@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 15 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Same — I have a disabling illness which means I’m bedridden for life — so all I get to do is imagine what I would do if I were abled, instead of actually doing it.

Plan

Psythik@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y

Nootropics FTW. They temporarily shut down all three, allowing you to actually get shit done during a brief 6-8 hour window. I drank, smoked weed, and took Kratom for years to numb the depression (but increase the anxiety and lack of motivation) until I learned about suppliments like Bacopa Monnieri and N-acetylcysteine (NAC).

Don't take a mental disorders advice?

BeigeAgenda@lemmy.ca · 6 pts · 1y

I think ignoring the advice is the hard part, as they can be very insistent.

Dandelion@programming.dev · 2 pts · 1y
