Edit2: also apparently this thread believes kissing on the mouth in a photo doesn't mean we all know the relationship type. And also friends never give their organs. That can only ever happen between people who have sex. So we know that the headline was worded this way based on the fact that giving a kidney is an act of love that is definitely easily confined to a phrase that simply means two people sleep together. /s

It would have been easy to see the headline as awkward but also probably not mal intended or even ignorant. But nope, not allowed on the Internet.
