Bivvy sacs are just that style of shelter, you can put different sleeping pads and bags in them to get setups that will be comfortable at different temp ranges.
It's basically a tiny tent that his a zipper down the middle. Seems kind of gimmicky but I'm not really a camping person so idk how practical this would be.

You can get sub-zero sleeping bags for a few bundred. Even bags that go way colder than this.
