The intergalactic version of the song contest will co-incide with the real thing in May, and it's going to be 'mahoosive' according to the writer

Ugh.

I miss Dr Who stories like The Talons of Weng-Chiang, or Pyramids Of Mars.

It'd be nice if they actually made episodes instead of half a dozen every couple years. Its like "oh new Dr Who episodes? Where did we leave off again? Do I really care anymore?"

I think Tahani from The Good Place makes fun of this in the best way. The quote is about a fake British show:

"It ran for 16 years in the BBC. They did nearly 30 episodes"

That's awesome

Its a good show with a very silly tone hiding some crazy plot lines

Probably don't have the budget, it's a very long running show as well. Only so much you can do before it's stale and not so good anymore.

They did something like that for a Big Finish audio story some time ago, think it was the 7th Doctor.

EuroVision already is in space IRL. It's not like they host it outside the universe where space doesn't exist. 🤷🏻‍♂️
