I really like GrapheneOS but I hate pixel UI. I know you can use a launcher, but I would prefer something like color OS. Is there any timeline on when graphene might be ported to other devices?

I'm a little confused what you're asking here. Do you want GrapheneOS to support more devices because you think on different devices there would be a different UI?

Well yes. Doesn't graphene just use the stock android ui. The pixel launcher? It would be nice to have the option to use another device with a little more style and customization. Like a oneplus.

Graphene uses stock android UI because it's based on stock android. It would still look like stock android even if it was ported to other devices.

Are there ways to customize the the ui somehow? I mean changing the icon shaped and cosmetic changes?

only to the extent of what you can do on stock android. implementing changes that enable customization is unfortunately not on Graphene's radar, it's security focused changes

The launcher is determined by the OS/user.
Graphene would use the same launcher on any device.
