I loved season 1 so much that I've been too scared to watch season 2 out of fear it wasn't going to live up to it. What do you think?

I thought it lived up to it wonderfully.

it also brings closure to the whole story too.

I'll disagree with the other reply. I didn't like it as much as the first season. It wasn't bad, but my expectations were too high going in. Although it arguably makes more sense than the first season did.
