What do you wear to sleep?

I like a loose pair of elastic pajama pants. When my tshirts get too ratty for regular wear, they enter the pajama rotation. I hate being naked because I am clumsy, and the thought of my skin scraping the doorframe as I walk by is heinous.

Also cannot stand being in pajamas all day. Unless I'm really sick, I need to put on day clothes for at least a few hours or it'll trigger depression.

nothing 😉

(I do sometimes wear a silk bonnet for my curly hair, and socks to keep my feet moisturized after putting on lotion - sexy, I know)

I sleep completely naked. I've always done that ever since I was a little kid and it feels so confining to sleep with anything on. When I sleep at my friend's place it's also always naked, doesn't matter if I'm sleeping on the floor on a mattress, on the couch or in bed with them^^

Pretty much the same as you OP. Some kinda pajama pants or pajama shorts and a random probably not wearing day to day anymore T-shirt

I wear a tank top always, and sleep shorts or sleep pants. I have some cute bottoms and I grab a tank top color that matches - I have a bunch of soft ones. I have a couple “sets” of pajamas - two shorts and two pants (with long sleeve shirts - I wear a tank top under), and I wear whichever is available. I also have several weights (warmths) of pants. I also have sweaters and shirts I wear over a tank top in the winter.

Also, I don’t mind lounging in my PJs for a lazy weekend day, but before I go to bed, I’ll shower and put them in the laundry.

How long do you guys wear yours for? I’m a week, but mostly because I do laundry on the weekend. 😋

I do pants for a week, but shirts are one day per use thanks to sweat.

Comfy cotton shorts and a camisole and wool socks. In the fall and winter, I wear sweatpants instead, and if it's really cold, I throw on a cardigan. All in black so they go well with each other or as part of other outfits. It's modular and minimalist and I spent way too much time thinking about and perfecting sleepwear over the past decade lol.

But I specifically like that they're not technically pajamas because, like OP, I feel weird if I'm in pajamas all day. So the bottoms can double as lounge clothes if necessary and pair decently with most of my tops for a super casual look on a lazy day.

I actually don't own any traditional pair of pajamas, which is all right by me.

Pants / Tshirt but once I'm actually in bed the top goes flying and if i'm too warm the pants do too.

Depends on the weather. In warm weather I sleep in a bra only (I HATE being without one it's uncomfortable). In winter it's long sleeved t shirt style pyjamas, preferably with animals on them.

I change out of them as soon as I wake! Absolutely can't keep them on I feel flat and disgusting

Pajama pants (bonus points for pockets) and a tshirt. I won’t wear tshirts except for bed (it needs to be at least a fitted tee for the daytime).

Tank top and shorts usually. Primark had a nice set recently that I just bought a few of

Usually panties and a crop top, lately nothing, its too fuggin hhhoooottt in my apartment.

If I wanna wake up feeling simultaneously over and underdressed, I have a t-shirt style nightgown I like.

Corno@lemm.ee · 2 pts · 1y

Nothing. Sleeping with clothes of any kind on has always felt really weird to me

mugthol@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 1 pts · 1y

I usually wear a nightgown (like a long tshirt) because I dislike pants in bed. They always get tangled because I turn alot when I sleep and I don't like that feeling.

However when the sheet covering the mattress is not completely flat I have to wear pants because that is even worse

Long sleeve top and chones
