Ring In Pieces?

Hugin@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 1y

Really irritating poop.

blackn1ght@feddit.uk · 6 pts · 1y (7 replies)

Can't even imagine the ring sting that lads going to get!

Aksamit@slrpnk.net · 1 pts · 1y (6 replies)

Is this like a genetic thing that only some people get? Or is it a joke that doesn't really happen but the gross factor makes it funny to some people, so it gets repeated?

Khrux@ttrpg.network · 2 pts · 1y (1 reply)

Late reply but I am really good with spice in the first stage, eating it. Then if it's really spicy, I'll have a few days of bad stomach ache and shits that actually feel like they're burning.

Aksamit@slrpnk.net · 2 pts · 1y

A few days? That sounds awful. I get heartburn sometimes if I eat something on the far edge of my tolerance, but I think I'd probably avoid chili altogether if it had days long repercussions throughout my digestive system. Surely at some point you have to ask yourself if it's masochism?

blackn1ght@feddit.uk · 1 pts · 1y (3 replies)

Oh it definitely happens. I dunno if some people just don't get it though, but I certainly do!

Aksamit@slrpnk.net · 1 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Oh, ok fair enough. It's never happened to me and I eat a lot of chilli.

blackn1ght@feddit.uk · 2 pts · 1y (1 reply)

Maybe you've just built up a tolerance!

Aksamit@slrpnk.net · 1 pts · 1y

That could be it, I've had spicy food in my diet since I was a little kid.

frenchfryenjoyer@lemmings.world · 3 pts · 1y

For some reason, spicy food never affects my gut. everyone finds it weird. I also love spicy food. challenge accepted
