I thought a group of blue oysters was called a cult

Yeah, but those have more cowbell.

And they don't fear the reaper.

Those look like ingredients for a mana potion.

Be careful with these kits, especially if there's any extra moisture or humidity in your home. I've heard some horror stories about the mushrooms starting to spread.

Always a good idea to harvest just before they begin drop their spores!

Spread? Where to?

acockworkorange@mander.xyz · 7 pts · 1y

Humid areas like bathrooms. Especially true for mushrooms that decompose wood.

Oh I see - thanks for the warning!

https://youtu.be/ZUbMw8aHEG0 did you say blue oyster?

Pretty! What will you do with them

hallettj@leminal.space · 6 pts · 1y

Eat them, and grow another batch!

Drusas@fedia.io · 6 pts · 1y

That's much more attractive than the ones I've used.

Extremely cool. Would you please share the kit?! I love the cork look.

The kit is from Mushbarn in Grass Valley, CA. We picked it up while we there for a visit. https://mushbarn.com/products/new-mushroom-grow-kit-blue-oyster
