at .04 there's a ru flag on one of the boats. other than that, I have no idea.

I've seen a dozen sixth-graders skipper sunfish sailboats better than this on their first attempt. But we have similar idiots in the us, they buy a boat and assume 'anyone can drive a boat!' and shit like this happens. well, not at this scale and not in the military, and not in night ops, so...
