Who's liable if it makes traffic violations, hurts someone, or causes property damage when driving fully autonomously? Insurance premiums must be pretty high.

It has to be Tesla that's liable I guess, when there's no safety driver. Although I didn't find any good example of a legal precedent in such cases.
