Looks like they use one of those shitty industrial air fryers. They make wicked fries in minutes, but garbage for pizza or anything else really.

Detroit style goes all the way to the edge, and the cheese at the edge gets caramelized.

Whatever that is in the photo, it's far inferior to even crappy Detroit-style pizza.
