You know how you could avoid getting caught using your phone while you're driving? How about don't use your phone while you are driving.

The blind entitlement level of drivers is often comical.

From what I have herd you have no expectation of privacy in a car. You also have no expectation if you are out in public. you have we dirty hands if you where breaking the law and where caught.

@Davriellelouna such specious reasoning! A truly malicious twisting of the facts to seek out retribution against someone doing their civic duty. I wish the judge would have sanctioned her. Clearly the cyclist wasn't determining guilt, they were alerting the police who would be responsible for making that assessment. And to say that performing recording from a public space is an invasion of privacy is patently absurd.
