In America we have trees you can drive through:

What a little weinermobile. Let's see that tree cry like on prom night when I bring my F-"The Compensator"-350 through there at 75mph.

Ironically, many Europeans could drive through it with their vehicle. Actual Americans, probably less so...

Basically, they make these trees grow in structures/frames so the branches and leaves forms a "building"
