Probably somewhere in the Netherlands or Denmark.

But where we live now in the middle of Germany could also qualify. Our house and the neighbours form a perfect tunnel to accelerate wind. I'm amazed that the most serious damage we had so far was just some fences being broken.

I lived in the south, and we used to get some crazy wind storms

Top of a dike during a hurricane, could lean forward in a 45° angle without falling over

Wellington NZ during a wind storm. I spent a whole afternoon jumping into the wind and practically floating down the beach, and it's probably the most fun I've ever had sober.

Shenandoah National Part during a wind storm in March. It’s not always windy there but holy shit that was some wind.

Arches National Park. I could actually lean into the wind and would get blown back when I jumped.
