I thinl this is just a template with the woman holding blank cardboard. The fingers can make sense if you zoom in. Also the guy in the front and the reflections in the mirrors look to real.
I agree, the text looks more like a drawing tablet/touchscreen handwriting than actual marker on cardboard to me. It doesn't seem to be affected by the creases in the cardboard and the lines are much thicker for "Taylor" which doesn't make sense if it's all the same marker.

Nah it's not AI. The UPS sign is perfect. His eyes are matching the sign perfectly. Text all matches. Her fingers probably just got tired. I can see 3 distinct ones and her thumb.
I would not worry about that. Her legal team has already stuck it to the entire music label industry. They already got that covered for her and made bank doing so (lawyers that good aint cheap).
