Sorry but what does "highest use of our military" even mean?! Are they pretending to be stupid to gain attention, or are they really not able to speak their own language.
The cartels are selling drugs but who's buying them? Aren't conservatives all about personal responsibility and preaching addiction isn't a disease but a choice? Yet they don't blame the source of the demand, only the suppliers.
This is why I don't think the boat was a cartel boat: these are the most corrupt motherfuckers on the planet there is no way the cartels are not just coordinating with them.

Personally I'd say Army Corps of engineers doing emergency maintenance is usually good.
