From what I heard this is what HAMAS or whoever is doing negotiations for Palestinians wants. They know trump is bad, but Netanyahu is worse. They would rather Trumps name be personally tied to their future. Scary that they think that's their best strategy.

Hirohito accepts Hitler's plan to end the war in Korea. Resistance must disarm first.

hirohit was a puppet, but could just as easily replace him with the admiralty and it makes me wonder if this is more whitewashing to paint the genociders as "protectors"

Did anyone ask Palestinians if they accept?!

Hamas probably won't go for this as it still requires them to demilitarize and they, along with a lot of Palestinians in gaza, view that as a path to slow ethnic cleansing like what's happening in the west bank.
You'd think the "Hillary's gonna take our guns" Republicans would understand not wanting to surrender your guns and security to a government in general, much less one that's been trying to genocide you for decades.

I think there's a reason they might actually go for it.
If you give Gaza to Trump, Trump may feel the need to "stick up for it". I don't know how likely that is, but clearly Palestine has exhausted all other options.

Given that Trump has publicly supported leveling Gaza and turning it into a luxury resort, I think it's very questionable what he would be sticking up "for"
The war isn't over and if anything this is just laying the groundwork to expand it

He is just explaining the thought process I think, not that it's a good idea.

Because Netanyahu's never pretended to accept a deal before.

It won’t end. The stipulations mean it will go on forever. Point 1 talks about Israel eradicating all terror in the zone first.

It's so funny that these two are "negotiating peace". Like, did they forget the plot line or something? They aren't at war. Netanyahu bombed the negotiators with the people that one of them is at war with?! Like, they're two granpas playing dolls on a public stage and everyone is watching.

Souns like the Palestinians left to live in Gaza under such a plan would become an underclass.

Which isn't different from the current situation

"disarming of Hamas" Non starter, never give-up arms. It just gives the oppressor complete control and will only mean that Israel will fully take all the land and murder the people much much easier. Settlers will be able to swarm in and murder even more Palestinians. If your murder is going to happen anyway, then take as many of them as you possibly can.
