Because the "left" they let you vote for in any Western capitalist country is always incompetent and does fuck all for the general public by design. So young people naively vote for them, get their hopes up, get disappointed, and either stop bothering to vote after a few cycles (or just go through the motions of voting for whoever they despise the least knowing it doesn't do anything) or end up in the other direction on the far right complaining about the ineffectual libs (which is what they want).

They're not going to let you vote for someone who's actually anticapitalist or could actually threaten the aristocracy. The right have successfully set up strawman leftist parties that don't work and everyone hates and tries to make you think that's all the left is (at least that's my personal conspiracy theory).

Tough men don't tend to brag about their toughness and use it put down others. If you're so insecure that you make posts like this you're not nearly as tough as you think you are.

Well you and the subject of this post are the side supposedly against "all" censorship aren't you? Or was that just a motto when convenient?

Also we don't give a shit if we get censored by other instances or users, and we censor in return. Agree or disagree I think our logic around censoring/getting censored is mostly consistent here. Go ahead and block us, go ahead and get your instance and client to block us, you won't. Because then you wouldn't be able to fulfill your daily "hurr durr .ml hurr durr tankie" quota.

Predator that wipes out all their prey and then can't sustain themselves is one of the most common extinction stories. If you exceed the limits of the ecosystem you'll just die out, simple as that. Nature doesn't give a shit how much you think you're harming it because it's a mindless convergent system that will always optimise away abnormalities and find an equilibrium, with or without you.

The Federation president is probably passable. Though Star Trek really doesn't show how the Federation government is structured probably because they don't want to lean too much into the socialist undertones in case they get canceled (like actually canceled) for it.
