I am a side sleeper. I find I sleep better if the head of the bed is tilted up a few degrees. So I'm really saying this cartoon is actual science, folks.
I have a tilted bed as well and prefer sleeping on the side but it seems my anxiety just increased from 50% like in the image to 70% so it can still get me at night (3 o clock usually)

Is that your anxiety in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?
