Which automatic translation says means “my lust and love.”

Whatever the default machine translation on iOS is. Is the result it gave super inaccurate? I’ve heard machine translation in general isn’t great for Chinese, and I can’t imagine it’s any better with gibberish invented by over-excited OCR.
