I've had the plant based sausage before and it was actually pretty damn good. Don't remember the brand. But sauerkraut is good too

I'm currently going for more fiber, protein and wholemeal rather than processed carbohydrates in my diet, so this is what lots of my meals look like now. Well, maybe a bit less silly looking, so for example salad with beans or lentils.

It is kind of funny to me, though, how I was taught to eat a slice of bread or noodles or such along with it, but then I don't and like, it's fine? I'm not hungry or anything afterwards. It just feels silly to put that many quickly accessible calories into my body, when I'm not gonna use them.

The sausages look like they came out of a cat's backside.

The sauerkraut just looks like it was frozen and hasn't quite thawed yet.

Both of these look like they could have been prepared and plated a little better, but like, they aren't terrible. It's like the difference between a low-effort sandwhich at home versus a sandwhich from a professional deli. Like yeah, it's not stellar because who cares, its for home and eating, but it doesn't look terrible.
