Fun story about this thing.

There was a prisoner so large that the rack couldn't stretch him enough to hurt him. So, in response, the Scavneger's Daughter was created. If you couldn't stretch a man to death, compress him instead.

Inventor: "Hey, look, I made this new device that relieves the pressure on your spine so you feel better!"

Nobility: "Neat! Let's use it to torture people!"

My physio has one of these.

It's weird, but it does help me a bit. And at this point, I'll try anything to extend the life of a back I grievously injured like 30 years ago. I should be crippled, and I'll take half-crippled and half-poor if I can.

Y'all can do that pretty much anywhere. Find a bar, a ledge, a table and just hang. If you like keep your feet on the ground to ease into it.

find a bar

instructions unclear, woke up in a ditch with an even worse back pain, and a hangover.

Literally a scene from James and the Giant Peach

Reminds me of the back crack scene in the Incredibles, haha.
