I haven't used it for ARC but I do have my PS5 and Steam linked for The Finals, just because I have PS+ and sometimes they have exclusive cosmetics to claim from PS+, but I want them when playing on PC.
I have to assume it would be the same for this new game of theirs; your Embark account is where the unlocks and whatnot are saved.

My friend has the game on PC and ps5 and he seems to be able to go back and forth fine, as far as I know.

I’ve seen a few comments on Reddit (so, ya know) from people who switch back and forth between console and PC without any issues.
