A little sketch from a trip I recently took. I'll probably add stippling to the whole thing at some point, but who knows when that will actually happen.

I did do a second one while I was there. I’ll post it soon.

Really cool. I bought a piece that resembles this style in Portugal. Nice work!

God I love this, SO cool! Did you pull from any inspiration for these shapes or was it more of an exercise in being led by your hand and seeing the geometry as you went along?

Thanks!
Hmm, probably a little bit of A, little bit of B. A lot of my stuff is in a similar style, but I’m sure there are some aspects of looking at a lot of stave churches, the Nidaros Cathedral, and jagged wood/bark in the forest.

Så bra! Ser ut som det er inspirert av vikingskipene og stavekirkene samtidelig med moderne design. Flink kunstskap det og er fint som det stor.

Thanks! I was definitely looking at a few stave churches while I was drawing this.

Absolutely stunning. I love it.
I'm tempted to say "don't add stippling, don't change a thing about it".
[Edit] Just had a look at some of your work in previous posts, where you have added stippling to it. I'm now "pro-stipple".
