What he is saying is those bags aren't UV stable so the act of the sun beating on them will pollute the field and food with micro-plastics.

Oh, thank you. Luckily I grow my onions in motorcycle tyres and not car tires (which I now found out is the major contributor), which gives the onions a more unique and bituminous taste.
