Not necessarily. If you happen to use "use Google to sign up" (at least a few years back) it just generated a username for you, without asking.
It gave me the username of Big-Mathematician[3digit number] and people kept throwing math memes at me despite me not really having any interest in maths.
But yeah lots are bots, but a generated username doesn't mean they're necessarily a bot.
That being said idn wtf I even read there seemed like aome sort of modern version of Hitler Jugend.

State that you're not interested in politics at all, but have an urge to supress basic human rights, and want to know if ICE could help.
