Ah yes, like when Microsoft said that it will add jobs during it's merger with Blizzard, or any other merger that said that it'll make life easier and better for consumers. Consolidation does nothing but harm consumers and downstream businesses.

It should be compulsory to sell to all providers at same price or be forced to split. Now do Disney. Monopolistic control of the arts punishes us all.
