Thanks! It's important to know that Mao was basically correct here, for the most part, but the split itself was very messy with the PRC often having terrible foreign policy, such as fighting Vietnam and supporting Cambodia.

What specifically? The theoretical basis, the actual historical manifestation of the split, etc?
