I think the alcohol isn't very noticeable, but I drink a decent amount so I am not the best judge. It's <14% compared to baileys 17% and I like it better than most Horchatas I have tried.
I would be more worried about your wallet than your liver.

Well, mixed with coffee It will lower the alcohol. Also it doesn't matter the percentage if you are only drinking a little amount. In some regions of Italy in the past many people used to drink coffee with grappa, which has 37% alcohol.
Thats a Jimmy Carr recipe. 8 out of 10 cats. That episode where they start with light comedy on Jedwards expense, but increasingly gets nastier as one of the twins can't shut up saying unhinged stupid stuff
I can enjoy alcohol without being an alcoholic. Being able to choose to drink or not to drink means almost by definition that person is not an alcoholic.

I don't drink alcohol at all, but horchata is one of my all-time favorites... if the taste is more horchata than rum, I might become an alcoholic
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I needed something to get through the dystopia

It's Baileys - I used to drink it in my coffee in the morning in regular days. There's almost no alcohol to it.
