Fun fact. Catalans call this "exactly this: toast, ham cheese" a bikini

Shit you even managed to get that food-marketing drip of cheese. That's a photogenic sandwich

I'm going think of cheese whenever folks talk about "drip" from now on.

oh my...I can taste this.

That’s a good looking sandwich

What kind of cheese is that?

Pasteurized could be French emmental or Swiss cheese too.

As a former line cook, I want to praise this perfectly excellent grilled ham and Swiss cheese on sourdough.

The only possible improvement could be in plating. I always cut mine on the diagonal, open it up, and arrange on plate in such a way as to be able to nest fries or salads in there too. Of course, that's absurd in the context of a home kitchen. Just eat your amazing food.

Perfectly cooked melt marred only by the blasphemous vertical instead of traditional diagonal cut

Hell yeah, dude!

I can feel the crunchy exterior and soft interior already... 🤤

What ham is that?

SatansMaggotyCumFart@piefed.world · 1 pts · 230d

Beautiful grilled cheese!

Just need some onions on that.
