Funny, that my blackberry key2 has a indicator LED, 3.5mm jack, sd card, a special app for all messages incoming, a fingerprint sensor in the spacebar, touch sensetive keys etc...
I think the communicator will my phone after the key2

Just wish that it met security standards to run Graphene

Doesn't it? Its android 16 and I guess they might unlock the bootloader so it's a question of drivers? What are the needed capabilities for graphene?

https://grapheneos.org/faq
You can find a list of requirements here. Right now, only thr pixel line meet these requirements, but they have announced their intention to work with another hardware manufacturer.

Welp, maybe lineage then.

Yeah Graphene development did they won’t ever allow it due to the chipset and the lack of longterm update support I don’t have the link but a quick search got me that info :/

Preordered the keyboard and when the budget allows, if it still is in stock, I'm buying that phone.

I think I'm going to preorder the phone next month. Seems a great idea and main phone to use while my nothing phone2 slows down. I don't watch many videos on mobile so this more distraction free device seems a great idea.

Hopefully MarathonOS runs on this. Definitely my next phone nonetheless.

I am waiting for my Unihertz Titan 2, it's supposed to be a spiritual successor to the Key2

I thought about that too, but for me, the titan is too widen its just too big.
Maybe unihertz will release a titan2 slim in 2 years

Yeah, the brick is enormous. But the keyboard looks too attractive to pass.
