The gutting of clean energy projects has contributed to a 13% jump in electricity bills since Trump returned to the White House, the report found, as the US increases its dependence on foreign oil.
Insanity of trying to actively trying to rely on anything but clean energy when its far more ethical and practical.
When this happens in other countries it's worded much differently. Six months without electricity is not a modern civil society. Sounds like third world problems.
It's a first world country that's been left to decay for a out 50 years at this point while also being balls deep in about 5 disasters that could cause total imperial collapse. You ever see pictures of rural Soviet villages that were clearly still primitive but improving slowly back in the post WW2 reconstruction period and then you see a picture of that same village and it's somehow gotten worse? That's the US right now.
All my light bulbs are LEDs, I keep my house at 82 in the summer, my appliances are less than 5 years old, etc. so why did my electric bill double under the Trump administration?
