Often patents like this are for the manufacturing process or physical construction rather than what the device does, this one appears to be on the construction. Specifically on a new method for making it smaller.
Dumb question but when people talk about anal do they mean it as a contrast with oral (so, referring to the lower hole, and specifically a nickname for the vagina), or do they literally mean the anus from where the poop comes?
Cus if it's the latter, then bruh, are there so many people that like it that way? Why??
In my case, I don't really like it that way, but mother nature didn't see fit to give me a vagina and the surgery to give me one is expensive. So I make do as best as I can.

No, the actual poop hole.
