The linked video is posted on Peertube. And, it looks to be posted there by Gardiner Bryant's official account. I don't know if he has also posted it on YouTube, but I think it's only fair that content creators, who uses other than YouTube, has even a sliver of a chance to make some coins for their effort.

Depends on how you define the original I guess, but that person seems to post their videos to Peertube and Youtube simultaneously. It's not a reupload, but posted by the creator himself.

Linus. He's proved on more than one occasion he should stick to windows as he's not willing to use linux, so anything coming out of his mouth regarding any linux topic should not be taken seriously.

Well from what I saw in Gardiner’s review of the video, Linus was encouraging people to use Linux.
