The game is Void War.

Well that's pretty shitty and I hope it gets resolved soon

For those that don't know it, it literally is grimdark FTL and the devs have done a great job

Void War is really good. If you enjoyed FTL, this is like an improved modern version with its own spin on things.

Never heard of the game, but it looks pretty cool and there's a demo on their itch.io page so I'll have to check that out when I get to my main system.

Hope it gets reversed soon and man honestly GW should just let them use the license. I mean hell they hand out the 40k license to anyone with a pulse at this point.
