The White House and Senate Democrats reached a deal Thursday to separate the fight over ICE funding from the threat of a broader government shutdown, sources told Axios. Driving the news: As part of the deal, senators will seek to pass the broader, non-DHS government funding package Thursday to avoid a shutdown at the end of the day Friday.
